We hope to start these classes weekly from Wednesday the 8th of September.
They will run face to face in Johnstownbridge Gaa Club and 7pm for Beginners and 8pm for those with Pilates Experience!
These Group classes are a must for those who are new to Pilates, as well as those looking to really focus on mastering and progressing their Pilates technique.
Our Group Pilates Classes will be taught by expert Instructors who will be able to guide you on the right path to becoming an even better version of you in a safe environment!
Pilates is a form of low impact exercise. It focuses on improving posture and strengthening your whole body.
Our Group Pilates will improve your ability to control your body which will yield benefits for the rest of your life!

During these classes you will have the opportunity to ask questions and you can be sure your Instructor is keeping a close eye on you - ensuring you perform all moves correctly!

Hi everyone! I am Emer McCabe and I would like to share a little bit about myself with you.
From a young age I have always been really passionate about exercise and I love to explore different and fun ways to keep fit and active.
While studying in college, I decided to partake in a Pilates course, with the goal to improve my performance in Athletics and reduce the risk of picking up an injury. Here is where my passion for Pilates began. "I was totally hooked" after the course and I have been teaching classes ever since to share and promote the amazing benefits Pilates has to offer.
Pilates is one of the most transformative practices you can do for your body, creating sustainable and lasting change.
I am committed to teaching classes that can yield such wonderful benefits, both physically and mentally and I look forward to sharing these benefits with you.
