1:1 Pilates sessions run face to face in our Enfield and Kilcock Clinics with the option of doing them online also.

Hi everyone! I am Emer McCabe and I would like to share a little bit about myself with you.
From a young age I have always been really passionate about exercise and I love to explore different and fun ways to keep fit and active.
While studying in college, I decided to partake in a Pilates course, with the goal to improve my performance in Athletics and reduce the risk of picking up an injury. Here is where my passion for Pilates began. "I was totally hooked" after the course and I have been teaching classes ever since to share and promote the amazing benefits Pilates has to offer.
Pilates is one of the most transformative practices you can do for your body, creating sustainable and lasting change.
I am committed to teaching classes that can yield such wonderful benefits, both physically and mentally and I look forward to sharing these benefits with you.
